The room was amazing. We stayed in a king suite and room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was no water pressure in the shower. It had very poor pressure. The hotel itself was very nice and new looking. Great place to stay but parking is a problem and very expensive to just be able to park your vehicle over night .

The hotel double charged me. I prepaid, then they charged my card again for the entire stay.
Bunch of scammers in a run down part of the city.
No parking ... Just valet parking and they also charge 50+ dollars per day as if you're in NYC or DC.
Totally not worth the money !

THE ANN is a great, centrally located hotel if you are planning on a stay in Savannah. The only drawback is that they do not have on-site parking. The hotel relies on a valet service for parking which is expensive, therefore, plan that in your budget when considering a stay at this hotel.

4th time staying and its ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL! Outstanding rooms, great staff all around and feels like Home every time. Location is Perfect for walking to all the stores, restaurants and downtown!

Room was advertised by Expedia as having cribs and free breakfast. That is not true and def affected our stay. Rest on itself was awesome!

極佳 It's a hotel and apartment all rolled up into one. It feels like home within a place of travel and vacation. It is a cashless property so bring some with you!

This hotel did not disappoint. We got the 4 bedroom option and had more than enough space and was very happy with the layout.
