I was very pleased with the price and cleanliness, and condition of the room and the attentiveness of the manager, Mohamed. The location was perfect for my visit, and the same building even had a Chinese restaurant and mini mart as well, which was a plus to me. Mohamed assisted me with laundry service which was very reasonably priced. The location is very near the Giza pyramids and Grand Egyptian museum. I would definitely stay again.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la camera ha una bella veduta ma non è propriamente insonorizzata e di notte si sente il via vai delle auto ed i clakson vari.

Staff were amazing, location is close to Giza and all amenities. Kimo was exceptional and a great help. Rooms are basic, but clean and good value for the price paid considering proximity to a world class attraction. There was a little confusion with breakfast at first but it eventually got sorted out. If you are looking for a value option near Giza this is hard to beat !

This is a rough, rural hostel, not a 5 star hotel as advertised. The breakfast is good. If you are looking for hostel type stay, it's ok. Very few amenities!

I did not feel safe at this hotel at all, one guy took my package away without telling me. The lock of my room door is broken, it cannot be locked as usual except using the only key locking the door from inside, then your room has no electricity during using the only key to locked the door. Everything looks different from the pictures, loud noice, construction at 8pm, WiFi weak, in one morning no breakfast, no one did anything, the worst was they did not organize car/driver to bring us to the airport, I had to pay it by myself, even I booked airport transportation included, it’s a scam.

Pros-The staff was very nice and accommodating. Close proximity to the pyramids. Budget friendly! Airport pickup. Cons-Charge to drop off at the Airport shuttle pickup, charge for the return. No daily cleaning, you have to request and when I did they wanted me to leave my key because there is only key. Internet did not work well in the room. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom was very small with no place to store your necessities. “Bottom Line is you get what you pay for”. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews. This hotel did not meet my standards.

Beautiful location, all the hotel rooms overlook the pyramids and its services are very, very excellent. The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Also, the restaurant on the eighth floor overlooks the pyramids, including the most delicious breakfast, excellent juices, and coffee with excellent service.

I had the most incredible stay at **Topaz Pyramids Inn**, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of **Ibrahim**, the host. His warmth, friendliness, and genuine care for his guests made all the difference in my experience. The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the **Pyramids of Giza** just a short distance away – waking up to that sight every morning was truly magical! The inn itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time in Cairo. Ibrahim was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful tips on local attractions, arranging transportation, and making sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my stay was perfect made all the difference. It’s rare to find such a welcoming host who genuinely goes above and beyond for his guests. If you’re looking for a place to stay with a personal touch and unbeatable proximity to the Pyramids, **Topaz Pyramids Inn** is the perfect choice. Thank you, Ibrahim, for making this trip unforgettable!
