Kayla (the main staff member I interacted with) was amazing! Super friendly and helpful and accommodating. I was running the Cape Town Marathon and she helped ensure a smooth experience the entire way.

The staff was beyond helpful, very friendly, was a delight to engage with. The few from my room was great. The restaurant connecting to the Tropicana was fabulous. All in all I will be going back.

極佳 There is no air-conditioning in either of the bedrooms only in the living room. Having AC in the bedroom would be a great improvement.
