There’s only three bathrooms for like up to 20 people. Also only 5 showers, 2 private ones and three communal ones. It was clean enough even though sometimes it wasn’t but that’s more because of the other guests than the people cleaning. Inside the capsule the charge didn’t work for our phones and neither did two of the four lights. Also the capsule was insanely hot inside even though there was a climatisation but it was barely working. I think this is more fit for solo travellers because the lockers were also very small and could only fit one backpack.

I booked this about 3-4 weeks in advance. When I turned up they said they were overbooked and sent me to a hostel about 25 minutes taxi ride away. So went from capsules to staying in a hostel dorm, with creaky beds, people snoring, and lots of incoming light. Had an awful nights sleep. They didn’t at any point try to contact me about the overbooking, so I suspect it’s just a deliberate business practice, which by the way is not legal. The hotel refused to give me a full refund, but Expedia refunded me the total value, which pretty much says everything. Very shady business, stay away.

The manager at night treats people like they are on a shelter

Todo bien, solo no hay agua caliente en la ducha

Here’s a polished review-style rewrite: I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the person handling check-in wasn’t even in the building, and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get inside. There are over 30 capsules, but only two small showers and one bathroom for everyone, which is completely inadequate. The capsule itself was tiny and made noise every time I moved, making it impossible to rest. I would never stay here again.

Stole from i Us

I liked the price, the cleanliness, the door to the capsule gives some privacy, and the location.

The shower are mixed with no place to change except outside the shower room, so really unpractical.

Amazing hostel and amazing location and friendly staff but there is not enough shower room and toilets 2 showers room and 2 toilets only in the ground floor.
