極佳 The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.

Clean, fresh and beautiful pool and outdoor seating area. Breakfast was also wonderful with lots of options and felt cleaner and healthier than others.

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable.
My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She

New hotel. Friendly staff. Great gym. Easy parking. Good area. Floors a little sticky but not going to dock points because i never complained so they didnt have a chance to fix it or know it needed a better mop. Good stay
