Didn't clean the room. Not enough toilet paper or towels. Not that clean. Good location

Property is in the middle of old town and easily accessible. Checking in was horrific as phone numbers provided did not answer and emails were late in return. The bathroom had NO SHOWER DOOR, and no extra towels were provided to sop up water. Needless to say water went everywhere when using the rain shower. The same towels had to be used for a week. The bathroom wall tiles were full of dust, and only two small rolls of toilet paper were provided, we had to go out and buy more ourselves. There was no cleaning during the week and we felt abandoned. Breakfast was to be provided but we were never advised where. Enter at your own risk! We seek restitution and hope the owners do the right thing in their lack of customer service and maintenance. Happy to share pictures!

The door didn't lock properly on the first night. Only after an explanation that you have to forcefully push on the lock to hear the click was I able to lock it. But I lost the first night of the stay because of that.

The AC wasn’t functioning under a temperature of over 30 degrees and the sun shines directly into my room which made it even hotter

Great location. Parking is not real convenient but many options within 250m.

i liked the size of the property and the decor

Amazing central location with great public transport links on the doorstep. Comfortable bed, great to have a sofa to chill out on. Room was clean and decked out to a high standard. Fantastic bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Only complaint was not the best soundproofing and kept awake by the amorous couple next door two nights in a row. If soundproofing could be improved it’d be perfect.

Very central and has coffee, teas etc and toiletries, great security and would definitely stay again

Location: absolutely amazing Sound proof: not so much. Can hear people outside and if you're a sensitive sleeper, this is not the place for you. I could hear low sounds from other room attached. Lastly, the water does not drain well when taking a shower.

It was very nice stay, small but very clean, beautiful and cosy appartment with all the necessary utilities in kitchen. Location can not be better, directly in the middle of old town but still quite:) i will definetly come here again in Warsaw
