とても綺麗なホテル！ 車で行って、車を拭いてくれてたり、サービスがとても良かったです！

The staff are excellent, food was great, and the baths are nice. The path to the private beach was not well maintained or easy to navigate and there was a pile of trash (perhaps waiting to be removed?). Also, there is not a swimming pool as noted in the description.

Great place to wind down and enjoy the views of the mountains and the water. Our room was amazing, in traditional Japanese style, beds were comfortable. Highly recommend for at least one night.

Unbeatable experience for the price. Dreamy location overlooking the cliffs and coast. Exceptional staff - hospitable, warm, and helpful. Onsens were well maintained, but book the room with the in-suite onsen if possible - the view alone is worth it.

This hotel is as good as it gets in terms of all categories. Views of UNESCO sites, amazing accommodations, and great food and service. Perfect for a couples trip if you want a quiet retreat.

昨年末と今回2度目の宿泊です。客室は古さはいなめませんが、ちゃんとお掃除はされていて心地よく過ごすことができます。何よりスタッフの皆様のホスピタリティーと、お夕食、朝食のお料理は地元食材を最大限に生かした心のこもったお料理で大満足します。パブリックスペースも充実しているので、ラウンジなどでゆっくりする時間も非日常です。昨年滞在時夕日を見ることができずだったので、今回リベンジでしたが、なんと前後はいいお天気だったにもかかわらず、雨女の私の滞在時にはあいにくのお天気でなんとも残念でした。西伊豆の夕日はまたの楽しみにいたしたいと思います。

This hotel was breathtaking. The views were spectacular, service was amazing and so was the food. I would 100% recommend everyone I know to stay here. This was something else!

An amazing experience from the food, location of the hotel, onsen experience and the hospitality of the staff.

The staff was extremely courteous and nice. The place is great for an authentic getaway to a peaceful and beautiful spot. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and the settings were perfect!
