Posizione eccellente quartiere graziosissimo. La reception non è fisicamente presente nel Building ma raggiungibile facilmente con whatsapp oppure a pochi metri di distanza, gentili per prenotare ristoranti al nostro posto parlano buon inglese. Possibile invio bagagli in anticipo. Balcone ben vivibile. Lavatrice, asciugatrice e stendino perfetti. Tutti i giorni ci hanno lasciato due bottigliette di acqua. Letti molto comodi. Al piano terra cocktail bar per un drink serale. Mezzi pubblici a pochi passi e combini.

The room was very spacious with a separate living room and kitchenette. The beds were Japanese style and very low to the ground so be aware if you have trouble getting up. The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. We would stay here again.

極佳 This is the second fortunate time to stay with K House. Room was clean, amenities were good and staff were excellent. The property is centrally located for all your needs and more. Will be coming back for more Japanese adventures.

Beautiful accommodation with all the extras. In a great location, walking distance to the market & lots of places to eat. We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the dryer took along time to dry, but the hotel provided a clothes horse which was handy.

Conveniently located in quiet alleyway. The hotel doesn’t have a staffed reception area so it’s not really a fully serviced hotel. Checking in etc is managed from another nearby hotel or support is via WhatsApp. Room cleaning and the usual amenities are provided.

Great spot to stay in Kyoto. Nice and quiet but close to everything. The room was immaculate and couldn’t fault anything. Would definitely stay again.
