If I visit Busan again, I will book this for accommodation again. Just perfect! Just one thing that can be improved is to provide a small desk mirror for ladies to use for facial makeup! Other than this, there is nothing I can complain about!

極佳 The location was perfect, offering a magnificent view of both the sea and the city of Haeundae. The accommodations were very spacious, featuring heated floors and air conditioning. Everything one might need was readily available, including a convenience store, luggage storage on the ground floor, and a washing machine within the room. Additionally, a 24-hour laundromat was conveniently located at the entrance.

Everything was great. Balcony area could use a good bit of cleaning though

房間乾淨，光線充足，空間感不錯，乎合預期，
房內用品亦足夠（碗碟、杯、餐具、洗衣珠），唯垃圾收集方面可改進（如放門口便會協助處理，不需發訊息給負責人）

The Solid residence is exactly that. You will not have room service during your stay, you have to manage everything yourself as if it's your own apartment. There are not front desk but an office on the fourth floor for support from friend staff. You are suppose to receive an email prior to your arrival that will tell you how to get to room selected apartment.

Very convenient location and apartment was clean and had all amenities. Lift can be a bit full at times but we had no major waiting times.
