Check in super easy. No issues when we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room is on the smaller side, ok for a night/weekend but you would struggle with a bigger bag/suitcase. The Underground is a 12min walk and bus stop right outside.

Whilst the bedroom was clean, the stairs and common areas were not in a good condition/ well looked after. Carpets were dirty and stained throughout the property. Shower room, whilst en-suite was exceptionally small, position of the sink made using the toilet difficult. Ambient temperature was high, not possible to open the window more than 10cm restricting any breeze, not all the rooms had a fan and despite asking for a fan none was made available. Did not even get a response despite talking to a representative directly, who had committed to providing feedback.

Clean and tidy. A small apartment which was adequate for 1 night. Shower room very compact. Not much room.

The online listing description and photos give a very different picture of what the 'hotel' actually is. The Bob W online branding wasn't reflected at the property at all. In reality the 'hotel' was literally just a run down building with bog-standard rooms, the entrance lobby was a really unwelcoming bare space with cheap decor to fill the it, there was really really poor signage dotted about, with so many random stairwells and hallways - my group and I all commented that should the fire alarm go off in the middle of the night and you have to find your way outside, you would genuinely struggle to find your way out. It was like a rabbits warren with no clear signs at all. The carpets everywhere were really badly stained and it was just so disappointing from the get go. The 'lounge' room was basically the basement with mismatching random furniture and no effort to make it a nice space had been made at all and the garden was an untidy, overgrown back yard. We stayed during hot weather and fans were provided but they were clearly cheap and even just on setting 1 they were SO loud it was impossible to get to sleep with it turned on. The brand needs to spend more money on the actual hotel rather than online branding and sophisticated app for check in etc. Wouldn't recommend or stay again and it's put me off this chain altogether sadly.

The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did.

The room was clean overall but the finer details were missed. There was dust in hard to reach places and there was a stain on one of our towels. As well as this there were stains on the carpets in the corridors which weren’t a nice first impression. Our Tv did not work and when instructed by the AI tool on whatsapp on how to fix the problem, after following all the instructions the tv still didnt work. For the price we paid I would at least expect a working TV. Otherwise our stay was lovely. The location was good, the overall cleanliness was good and the room was very spacious. Another downside was when we arrived 2 hours before check-in, we couldnt use any of the lockers as they were all reserved.

Easy to check in. A small hotel with narrow corridors, so took a little time to find our room. Very nice clean room. We loved the view to a green and quiet garden without no overlook into the room. Good equipment for eating in the room (microwave, cutlery, electric kettle etc). We had some questions and got very fast answer on Whatsapp. Easy to check out, but we miss the outdoorcode after checkout, that was the only thing we would "picked on". We had luggage inside, so we had to call them to let us in. Took a time. But all in all, a pleasant stay 😊

Fire alarm in middle of night - apparently common! Lift out of action
