Everything is perfect Recommend to everyone

Love the breakfast. Love the staffs too. They tried to communicate despite language barrier. Good environment. Recommended

I'm absolutely delighted to have discovered this hidden gem in Benin! The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, serving breakfast promptly at the exact time requested. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a home-away-from-home experience. From the diligent cleaning crew to the friendly rooftop staff and welcoming front desk team, everyone's demeanor is genuinely exceptional. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Cotonou, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The WiFi is not working on the 3rd floor despite several complains, the light in my room went off and wasn’t repaired until I checked out. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite to everyone and always will to help but all is beyond them due to owner’s instructions.

I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely but power cuts still occurred intermittently. The downside to the stay was the abysmal customer service. No breakfast when ordered and no payment by card on check-out, resulting in a two hour delay caused by obtuse staff.
