Kasa Little Italy San Diego

The Kasa properties are never disappointing to us.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for a week. The space was clean and very well appointed. The kitchen was also well stocked. The location was perfect and we felt very safe while there. The entrance to the underground parking was a bit difficult to find as the signage is not great, but it was very secure and we appreciated that. The place has floor to ceiling windows in every single room, so anyone who is scared of heights may have issues. There are roll down screens, but they are not black out ones, even in the bedrooms. We had an issue with the oven not working while there. Even though it wasn't resolved during our stay, the manager was very responsive and handled the situation appropriately. I would definitely recommend Kasa Little Italy to anyone needing a comfortable stay in downtown San Diego.

Great location and property, daily parking $50 and city is loud.

I thought the property was gorgeous. I loved the room and the views. Very clean property. Not noisy

It was nice clean apartment

The amenities in this place are amazing, game room, Sauna, Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, massage chair. Great space and clean environment. Excellent and centralized location, apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and large balcony nice to just sit and enjoy ocean views

Excellent stay; was impressed with the property and ease of processes.

Great value for real estate space and location, super friendly staff, amazing amenities

Modern apartment style hotel with all the necessary amenities. Pristine salt water pool, sizeable hot tub and spacious gym with all the relevant equipment.

Wonderful stay. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It was a fabulous stay. If I’m being very very picky, I will say that the water pressure in the shower needs to be stronger. That said, the entire apartment was clean! Like clean clean. My standard of clean. The washer/dryer in unit was so convenient. The full kitchen was stocked with all dishes and glassware, even a wine opener. The balcony was wonderful. Parking costs extra but was very convenient and you can’t find free parking anywhere nearby. Love the pull out couch, and the extra sitting area was so nice and made the apt feel homey. We enjoyed the pool, massage chair, and the game room. We didn’t get a chance to check out the sauna.
