Needed a code but couldn’t get on. Called owner? No help. Midnight and raining and finally used my pen knife to pop the lock. Soaked and the thermostat was locked at 66 deg F. Got a severe cold that ruined my 3 week vacation. Avoid

The best thing of this property is cleanliness!

Nice place to stay was pleased

Great place great value helpful staff

Muy limpio

Waited over 45 minutes outside waiting for someone to come let us in. Room was not as pictured. Shared bathroom between 4 rooms. Parking was 2 spots on street in not good neighborhood. So bad we left and did not get refund. Read thru reviews there is no way they should receive a good review. Hotels.com needs to drop this property from their site.

La habitación insegura la chapa no funcionaba y ni me quedé en el lugar por eso mismo !

Great location good price

I felt such a strong presence of firearms

The room was clean, but very small. It was great for a one night stay as I was passing through Miami, but I wouldn't book the room I was in for a longer stay. There was another room that was larger and more suitable for a longer trip, but it was already booked. The common area was clean, and the area around the building was clean. It is also not a hotel, its a house with a few rooms that you can rent out. Not thats an issue, but you shouldnt expect any checkin or reception while staying here, instead you get a code for the front door and your room texted to you, similar to most airbnbs.
