很好 The breakfast was amazing and had lots of great options to choose from. They had a good selection of Gluten Free products. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive. The bar was great, Not big but a good size. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hallways need a little upgrading. I liked that hotel was not near the main square. Less crowded area. Differently would return.

My stay in Florence was truly memorable, largely due to the exceptional staff. Their dedication went above and beyond expectations, and the warmth and attentiveness of each individual made me eager to return.
Furthermore, both breakfast and dinner were superb, and the hotel's location offered excellent accessibility.
Adding to the memorable experience, we were delighted with a complimentary room upgrade. The staff also provided invaluable recommendations for local attractions.
