Excellent service and in very close proximity to Navigli restaurants and cafes, approximately 10min walk. I hadn’t realize the reception operates within certain hours, not sure if it was clear on the instructions I received prior to arriving but it went all smoothly as they checked on me to make sure the time I arrive. They had a self-check in system in place to get the key. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Pros: Central location and low price Cons: There is a bad damp / mold smell in apartment Front desk staff is extremely irritable and not customer friendly. Not a welcoming place when you are arriving after long hours of travel. Apartment off on its own. Does not feel very secure

This place is on a quiet and safe street. There is a fantastic parking lot a couple of doors down. Our stay was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

There are bedbugs, so I, my wife and kids got a bunch of bites. After we were so sure about the problem, I made a complaint to the reception. However, the first reaction of them was that we might bring the bugs. Then the final reaction was that they did not find such problem so no responsibility they should take.

Good staff, good location

Clean room. We checked in early without any issues. Friendly staff. Good location.
