Great location, beautiful decor, helpful staff, tiny rooms (expected for historic space), poor value

This hotel is superb! Absolutely stunning. The staff is friendly, it’s a great location, and the restaurant is divine. You will not be disappointed. We plan on coming back every year for our anniversary.

The property restoration was beautifully executed. High quality design, and finishes. Unfortunately the staff was amateurish, not that helpful. The front doors, and outside of the hotel were very dirty, including the windows, facade and sidewalk. Not the best first impression certainly of what a jewel box is inside.

Very nice hotel, beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is super, so ready to assist and make you feel welcome. I would most definitely stay again. Be sure to try their Tequila martini in the bar, very good.

Nice decor. Bed too big for the room. No decent table. Helpful staff. Easy parking and close to everything!

Loved the luxurious modernized vintage feel of the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful storing ice packs for my eye

Central location, 5 min walk to main train station, secure with after hours and elevator key access required. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was not large but was sufficient and comfortable. Nice rainfall shower. Lights over the sink could be brighter. Large TV. Maid attended to the room every day and replaced the towels. Minibar and safe in the room. Robes and umbrella available in the large wardrobe.

room was very small. the bed took up the whole room and the bathroom was tiny. not much space to even open 2 suitcases. vanity lighting was very dim too dim for makeup. room was very clean and cute decor but too small for my needs.
