While the apartment suite itself was acceptable for the price, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the apartment through the most recent heatwave. A fix for the air conditioning, complemented with a fan, would help keep the apartment cooler during these increasingly frequent summer heatwaves.

Newly refurbished & extremely comfortable room. Beds & bedding was lux & greatly appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Building & hallways were a little dark but room & host were great. Bathroom & shower small but perfect w towel warmer.

To begin with, I never received a email 24 to 48 hours prior to arriving like an email stated when to booked. I did received a email but it had NO instructions. I had to rent space to keep our luggage until all was finally resolved. Communication with facility was poor and apparently only available for short periods of the day. There was some type of water leak in the closet above the toilet. I wasn't able to determine how all the toilet paper got wet but I did text the facility (their phone number wasn't in service)and didn't get any dry toilet paper until sometime the next day. However, I had to go shopping to buy dry toilet paper in ordered to meet our needs. The person I spoke with on the phone twice ( they did answer the phone twice before I received massages that number wasn't in service) wasn't very pleasant. There's absolutely no way I would ever stay there again.

Each time I got into my room, I had to go through 4 coded doors! It’s in a good and convenient location but it is hard to find it in the beginning and there’s no lift so you have to drag your luggage to 3 floor.

The location is very convenient and close to the train station, which made getting around easy. However, the surrounding area feels a bit unsafe at night, so it may not be ideal for walking around after dark. There is no elevator, so if you have large or multiple suitcases, be prepared to carry them up two flights of stairs to reach the room. The bathroom is also quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, to reach the room you need to enter 4–5 different door codes, and it took us at least five minutes each time just to get through all the doors. This made coming and going a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but keep these points in mind when booking.

Very convenient. Near to the train station. Halal food is easy to access.

The room itself is great, we have 2 rooms, bathroom is decent. Comfy beds. kitchenette. It all worked out for us since we are only there to sleep and spend most of our time exploring Paris. No elevator.. will not a gior choice for some one with a bad leg. We have to big luggages and it was hard but manageable. Follow the pictures described. it is the right pictures. The brown door, the front one is always open, then enter the black bars, there is a door there. then walk towards all thebwaybto the silver door. There u need to enter the code. Then the steps begins. Again.. dont book the hotel if u cant get up stairs. 2 sets of stairs. Overall! it was a great stay, close to Gare du Nord.. lots of people in the street but they mind their own business.

I travelled with my family and we enjoyed our stay there. However, there wasn’t enough hand and body soap. I would recommend this to any family who wants to live there for holidays.
