While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.

Everything about Ikal is paradise! Adhara, in the office, and Adeymar were so kind and gracious. The turtle lagoon was such a tranquil place to spend the morning and the roof views…breathtaking! I can’t recommend Ikal enough, and look forward to making this a regular trip.

Only issues are not enough outside seating.

Very quiet, peaceful and gorgeous place to stay, something simple but beautiful… you going to love the shower !!! 10/10

I have stayed in many places in isla mujeres and this by far is my favorite. Very private and comfortable. Staff is extremely attentive and go above and beyond to help any needs you may have. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back here myself. 10/10

The place was cozy and the roof top was amazing. Great for relaxing. The only bad thing is that it is away from restaurants,stores,bars etc. We planned ahead and brought snacks, drinks then juts headed into town for dinner. Definitely rent a golf cart when staying here.
