The hotel is beautiful and incredibly situated on the top of the mountain so from the rooms you can see everything over town. It’s very easy to walk down to the central square, maybe 5 min, waking back is stairs uphill but very easy. Such a beautiful town. Walkable everywhere. The rooftop is incredible. The only little thing that’s not great is you have to pay to use the pool and jacuzzi. That’s not acceptable in our opinion. Besides that, a perfect hotel. As luxury as you will find in Chefchouen. Our check in went smoothly followed by mint tea and Moroccan pastries in the beautiful lobby . Our Mountain View’ room was well appointed with a balcony giving us a beautiful sunset view. The bed was super comfortable ! Loved the TAJ signature bath products Arganine . The buffet breakfast had a lot of typical Moroccan breakfast items and plenty of other choices .
We enjoyed using the pool and fitness room, both with unbelievable view looking over The Blue City !

Our stay was excellent! Beautiful stay and amenities. Breakfast is amazing. Views of the city are epic! We want to return and bring friends and family!

I paid for a senior suite and it was probably no bigger than a normal room at any other hotel across Morocco. No alcohol at the roof top was unexpected but I probably should have researched this more. The hotel was pretty basic, nice view , good breakfast but not worth the cost. Wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible management and rotten service. If you can’t find a better option in this small town, consider instead a day trip from Tangier. They will scam you with their spa menu. Their pool has mold growing on the ceiling. They are nonresponsive and rude.
