The property was not that clean the rooms were full of hairs.

I did not need parking. We had only breakfast and it was just average. The rooms have sewage issues.

All services were excellent, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were excellent and generous and fulfilled all requests, and the transfer from the hotel to the Prophet's Mosque was excellent and on time.

Bathroom should be repaired

Good hotel. Best part is punctual shuttle service which drops at parking beneath ladies gate. Only difficulty was housekeeping we had to call them again and again to send housekeeping staff

Nice staff

Room was fine, bath was good. Staff was excellent, ready to assist. However shower area should have full glass door not just half fixed glass. That is to block water splashing outside shower area.

The staff was so helpful and the shuttle bus was very convenient. What could be improved is their water would get cold very fast when taking a shower that it left you with 3 mins to shower with hot water. I wished there was also bigger soaps and things like that provided but you get very little bottles that’s not enough for one wash.
