There are so many things I love about this place, my husband and I ended up coming back for an additional booking. The staff is truly amazing. They welcome you with a kind heart and our exceptional with customer service and hospitality. The location is very close to the airport, but also in a safe spot that has nice restaurants close by. The hotel is nice and clean, modern, has comfortable beds with nice bedding and nice rooms. There are blackout curtains, so it is not only quiet but dark in the evening, which is what I need to have a good night sleep. I do recommend the third floor or higher as I noticed. It’s a little bit more quiet in the evening than the second floor. If you need a place for one or two nights in Kathmandu, I highly recommend this establishment. We also enjoy their breakfast. We were so impressed with the staff. We got them flowers as a small token of our appreciation for the exceptional service we received while staying there two separate visits.

After traveling for over 48 hours with numerous travel delays, we arrived at the hotel exhausted and defeated after 1 AM. We were warmly greeted and assisted with several personal items we needed help with. The following morning we had a wonderful breakfast and received information and recommendations to fill our itinerary for the one day we had in the city. We extended our state for an additional night because we were so pleased. The following staff members were individuals we had direct encounters with who provided exceptional service:

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. We just stayed one night after we landed from the airport. I wish the coffee at breakfast was better though considering they had coffee signs everywhere!
