Work was being done on the property, ceiling was too low on upper floor, sharp points from paint finish and breakfast was cold.

The property was clean the beds were very comfortable and the staff was e exceptional. We arrived around 5 am and staff help to get us installed and made sure we were comfortable.

Location was good . Property still under construction and new Rooms not properly done with rough finishes . On the go breakfast/ snack with no choice of fruits. Friendly staff. Rooms need microwave.

A very nice and quiet place for rest and relaxation. Did not like the noise of on-going refurbishing.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt service. There is a bit of renovation ongoing, but I guess the rooms are soundproof because I saw it but I didn't hear a thing. I'd definitely rebook.

I booked the family loft for my husband's birthday mainly for the dipping pool. The room was spacious and clean. The AC worked well that we even had to turn it off. However because my husband is 6ft the height of the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable for him.

Polite and helpful staff

An absolute flawless experience from start to finish!! The manager Kajol went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Also Devika was always enquire of our wellbeing. Our room was immaculate, spacious and featured a stunning view of the city. Daily Breakfast exceeded all expectations!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in a prime location.

Pool

I had a wonderful stay at The Bel Air Hotel in Georgetown, Guyana. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and thoughtful amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from checking in and out. The location is convenient for getting around Georgetown, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall value for the price. I would definitely recommend The Bel Air Hotel to anyone visiting Guyana for business or leisure. I look forward to staying there again.
