No elevators, but has AC, fridge and iron. Updated and clean. Off the beaten path so not close to down to down town. 35 minute walk or expensive taxi. Was enjoyable just farther out than we had hoped.

Definitely recommend this place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating.

Todo en general bien, lo que no me agrada son las cerradura de la puerta del baño ya que solo se abre y cierra usando llave y la puerta no cierra correctamente hay que jalar muy fuerte

Camera pulita, ma bagno esterno senza bidet

Tudo maravilhoso

Room itself was quite nice. The floor in the foyer was ripped up and stank of sewage up to the 1st floor. Every message we sent the business was unsanswered before checking in so not 24/7 service. We werent given a code before hand and when we asked for the code and check in, we got rudeness. When our flight was cancelled, we called the business for another night at the property, after getting ignored via messaging and were hung up on rudely after being told no. Following day a hour before check out he texted us saying it was okay to stay another day but we already left.

The room was clean and well maintained during the stay. The noise from the street and from the other rooms sharing the apartment disturbed our rest on all but one night. The street noise started just after 5 am most days with cars and motorcycles racing down the street. Okay if you're deaf.

Not happy. Wasn’t made clear at time of booking was communal bathroom. No concierge. Tramps outside.

The coffee shop when you walk out is excellent I recommend this place and the stay

Very clean everywhere in the property and it was not hard to get into the building. It’s a bit of a walk from the popular sites in Florence but it is possible to take public transit. We would stay here again.
