When I arrived again the check-in process wasn't organised even though I had sent messages to them directly. The lift was out of order for the entire time of my stay. No heads up in advance. I was on the 10th floor plus three carpark levels so 13 stories, so a bit of a hike every day. The apartment wasn't serviced once during my stay. In addition the hot water to the main bedroom shower didn't work properly. The shower didn't bother me to much as i was taking cool showers due to the heat. The place is located in a good location and the Security staff are very helpful and very welcoming.

The property is unsafe no escape room incase of fire. The elevator broke down and we couldn’t get out for several hours… management didn’t pay for power and we had no power or gas for several hours. The manager doesn’t seem to care to communicate with clients to check if all is well. I never saw the manager and she only texted me the code to get into the apartment. The manager’s name is Sharon and in my view she shouldn’t be working with clients because she is rude and unprofessional

The OK parts of this place are overshadowed by the lack of communication from the management, Sharon. The power went out one day, we were told that the bill hadn't probably been paid. Another day the elevator broke down. Its an 18 story building. Sharon never once answered the phone or checked on the guests.

Friendly and easy communication with the owner. Apartment on 15th floor, calm, clean and well equipped. Security makes a good job too. Good location. I can recommend for short as well as longer stays.

Although the view is good, but No hot water for shower. Waiting for the elevator for a very long time, can not keep suitcase in the reception, not suitable for Asian people.

Good place to stay in Nairobi for business , being apartment it’s best for self cook and easy eating

Actual apartment was good, surrounding area is a bit run down.
