The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in especially the pillows.All the staff were so nice and welcoming especially Maan,Emun,Gina,Bernadette,Jasmine,Cheska,Aubrey,Heart and the security guards who always helped to guide us parking our car,opened the lobby door and watched over the safety of the guests.

The toilet bowl in our room was clogged. No hot water for the bathtub just the shower.
I rated 2 coz the staff are all nice and accommodating.

Our room was clean and spacious, staffs were nice and the breakfast was well worth the money. It would have been a 5, unfortunately the toilet smells of urine although it looks clean.
