Incredible hotel, location, and experience - would recommend! The breakfast with the alpacas and llamas was incredible. The room and the view from it was absolutely breathtaking. Their restaurant serves delicious food as well. We didn’t eat anywhere else in sacred valley because we enjoyed their food so much! Overall, we had an incredible experience

The view from the dome and the jacuzzi is stunning.

Lovely staff. Excellent views!!! Lovely alpacas and llamas. Clean rooms however shower had little issue with water standing and wouldnt drain quickly.

It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW.

The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer.

This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. Make sure to tell them you want to use it a couple of hours before because it takes tome to heat. We loved it. They also arranged horseback riding right from the hotel. The views were incredible.
