Excellent hotel. The only real issue was the lighting. On night one I did not realise you had to press the sleep button as well as turning off the lights. Due to this, every time I moved, the full room lights turned on. Far from ideal for a good nights sleep!

The room was spacious and clean with all what I want in it (including a shaving blade with cream, and a toothbrush with toothpaste). The variety of the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. My check in and check out didn’t take much time.

I faced probkem regard check time out and your Manager rejected my request to make check out time to 4 pm!

I enjoyed my stay. This was the second time I stayed at the hotel.

I loved my stay at Nova M Hotel. The room was lovely with big windows and a nice view of the Abaya Mall. The staff were all really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly liked that there's an iron and ironing board in the room, there is a chain lock and peep hole on the door for safety as I am a solo traveler and they are happy to reheat your food if you sign a waiver so my take aways from the night before were not wasted! I would recommend this hotel and plan to go back.
