Nicely decorated and clean, staff were friendly but unfortunately the streaming on the tv didn’t work and the staff weren’t able to help with this Bed not particularly comfortable Room itself very modern and nice bathroom

Lovely modern hotel in a very convenient location, with friendly and welcoming staff and a nice restaurant on site

Clean and tidy Breakfast was fantastic

I liked the location, access to shops and transport. Good helpful and friendly vibe all round.

The room was amazing and was super clean when I first arrived. It did take a couple days of having my room cleaning sign outside my door for the staff to clean it but it wasn’t too big of a deal as I was only one person. The communal kitchen was not too useful as all of the plates, bowls and cutlery were used. The building was overall very clean. The laundry room and roof were nicely maintained and the pac man machine was a great inclusion in the laundry room. I had a lovely stay!

Be aware there is no cleaning and having now stayed in a few rooms, each has hair remaining from previous guests. When I flagged this they said the cleaners would come - the cleaners changed half the towels (not all), left all rubbish on the top (there is no bin) and did nothing about the hair visible on the floor. The bottles for the body wash etc. were broken and so couldn’t be used and the shelf itself was broken so the bottles would fall off if you did attempt to use. It’s impossible to get through to speak to reception from the AI bot and even when you do they ignore you and do nothing about your request.
