The hotel is in the perfect location, just off the main square on a quiet street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall wonderful stay.

This was an amazing find, honestly can’t recommend it enough. It is just off the main square so the location was brilliant. Very well decorated and lovely. Bed was ok but not super comfy that’s the only negative

Fantastic stay right in the heart of Krakow!! Loved the hotel, staff was extremely helpful and friendly and you can’t beat the location.

This was a uniquely architectural building that was a joy to call home for 4 days! Staff was attentive and welcoming and the facility was just far off the “hustle and bustle” of Old Town central that we consider the location PERFECT! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Krakow. And we will be back (traveling from SE USA), partly because of the ‘feel’ during our stay @ this hotel!

Great place to stay very central to everything

Our only positive is that the location of the hotel is very good and close to major attractions. However amenities are very limited, the checking counter is easily missed as there are no signs, the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful and there is no onsite parking contrary to what the website description said.

What a gem! Fantastic Hotel, amazing location just steps.away from the main square. The room.was spacious, super clean I true nomad style. Amazing breakfast spread,I highly recommend it for your Krakow trip.

Terrific property with easy access to everywhere in Old Town

A lovely property overall—very clean and modern. Unfortunately our bedroom backed up to a neighboring apartment building where a resident watched loud TV from early morning to late night every single day. The hotel staff did not seem to have much sympathy for our situation.
