Great experience. Great service, I ordered ice in the room for cold water and check the level of PPM “2”. I was impressed that they use filters water for ice.

Parking is easy ,staff not polite for any request at reception.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished with every necessity that you might need during your stay.Mountain view rooms are road facing rooms, not much to view.

Very near to temple

Just got back from a lovely 3-night stay at Namami by ZenQ in Bankhandi. What a peaceful spot! Right next to the Maa Baglamukhi Temple – we could walk there in 2 minutes for darshan. There is a way from inside hotels basement(B1), which was perfect. Booked Namami suite which was really clean and comfy and the mountain + temple views from the window were calming. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly – nothing was too much trouble, whether it was extra towels or suggestions for nearby spots. Food was pure veg and everything tasted homemade. They have Jain meal option too. Portions were generous. Only tiny thing was the WiFi which was a bit patchy sometimes, but honestly, we were there to switch off anyway. Great value, super relaxing – we’d happily go back. Highly recommend if you’re heading to Bankhandi!!!

hotel reception help desk were not kind enough to provide dormitory for my driver and were insensitive on asking my booking refund or cancellation

Beautiful stay, ideal for Mata Baglamukhi darshan.

Food wasn’t that good

All good

Super clean rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Amazing food options. Ample parking space. Have a place for drivers to rest (chargeable). 2 min walk to temple from within the hotel premise.
