I liked Citybox. A lot of thought seems to have gone into the design and layout to make it as smooth and efficient for guests as possible. Spacious modern room and easy automated checkin and checkout, with a pingpong table in the lobby lounge and a nice little cafe adjoining it. No reception desk so some may not like that but for me it was fine, very quick to checkin, checkout and get a left luggage tag at the booths.

No news channels on the tv in the room.

Citybox Antwerp is well situated from the central station and in the heart of Antwerp. Lovely city and hotel mat he it for its service. Issue with my hotels.com booking but staff helped me to my relief. Would recommend and would like to go back soon.

The room was really nice and clean.

Excellent accommodation service, location, modern new facility, great value for price and, even more importantly, all in a last minute availability ! Top stay in Antwerp for both short business and pleasure, placing it on top of my preferences for my next trip and stay over there !

Budget friendly and clean, just less water pressure than I’m used to and it was hot randomly in our room in the middle of the night occasionally.

Great no frills hotel. Very central. Clean big functional room with comfortable bed. Only issue was luggage storage which did not feel particularly secure - check in machine gives you key to luggage room where you can leave your bags, but it is entirely unmonitored. Otherwise highly recommended.

Excellent location , wonderful shops close by , Antwerp station easy walk . Bus stop main station minutes away. Lidl nearby . Tram pass for 10 tkts €22 . Cathedral beautiful , entrance payable . Lots of restaurants and bars by the cathedral .

Great location for exploring the city and train station by walking - however that is the only good thing, the rooms stank not sure if it was because of pipework. I was given a room on the ground floor and the massive window faces onto a busy street. Zero privacy and no nets so had to keep the curtains drawn permanently and felt like a prison (perhaps you should reconsider this…)
