Clean room, lovely and bright, nice decor. Easy check in, comfy bed

Clean room very well positioned for Kemptown and the beach. Danny on site was incredibly helpful and friendly. Very happy overall, would book again.

Room clean had everything you need would recommend

Great location near commercial streets, pubs and the beach. Beautiful cosy room, well decorated and cared for. Excellent for short stays, the very small wardrobe was OK, but there could have been a dresser or an added chair to help for longer stay where you carry more stuff. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was fully functionnal in a veryminimal space. The bed was on the narrower side (double, not queen) but it and the sheets were very comfy and warm. We loved our stay and would rent again if we pass by Brighton again.

Nice hotel

Fabulous stay, we were o the top floor on a very hot weekend and thankfully there was a fan in the room which was a saving grace, we were worried it would be a noisy location but with the window shut it was silent and we had a great sleep with the fan on. We have already booked our next couple of stays, 14 Upper Rock is now our go to place to stay in Brighton

Clean, bright and modern room. Really easy check-in/out with key code. Two minute walk to sea front. Would recommend and stay in again. Thanks.

Room was lovely and clean on arrival. En Suite was spotless and i couldnt fault the stay. Bed was very comfy and the mini fridge was handy. I will be using this place again. I enjoyed my holiday. 5*** - I fixed the mini fridge, there was a lot of dust build up on the fan behind it. I recommend giving it a hoover on the back fan.

Well-located close to seafront and shops. Clean and nicely decked out

Situated in a row of similar properties access to building and room was same key pad code so no staff required to manage arrival. Room and entrance recently refurbished to a high standard perfect for the overnight stay we had. If we’re to have a problem not sure who or how we would have contacted anyone for assistance maybe their were other details somewhere this could be the only thing to improve.
