The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect large groups to stay. The listing says it sleeps 3. The couch folds out into another full size bed. For younger people or those traveling alone this would be a good choice. Be sure to read your confirmation notice carefully. Contact the number on the confirmation ahead of time to take care of final checkin details. Customer service was timely in responding.

LOVED staying in this cozy cottage! I stayed by myself and everything was very neat and tidy. Seemed modern, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Sheets were COMFORTABLE I wish I took a picture of the tag. The only thing I did not like was that I was myself and a lil scared but the after the first night I got used to it and it felt like home. They had all the pots, pans, water filter, everything a normal home would have.

Our stay was great! The place was easy to find, and located very close to lots of eateries and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable! We would love to stay here next time we venture into Co. Springs.
