Wow what a breath of fresh air this boutique hotel was. I was in HCMC for 9 days before finding the gem. Immediately after booking I got a message from The host explaining everything clearly. Which great directions and instructions of how to find and check in. The room was very spacious and clean with a small kitchenette. The shower works very well. Tons of hidden food gems right in the alleyway! I have already rebooked for my next visit!! Thank you Mersey 🙏

Clean room, helpful staff, great location.

Nice location but not 24 hours front desk

Great location and very clean. Looks exactly as advertised. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel room. Actually just as in the booking pictures (not always the case in Vietnam). Pretty new and clean room. Shower could be stronger and warmer though.

Ngay quận 1 , khách sạn sạch sẽ , ống thoát nước nhà tắm chảy hơn chậm

Newly renovated and very well-appointed room with electrical outlets/light switches in convenient locations. Great shower. Loved the location tucked away in a cute alley with restaurants and shops, within walking distance of main attractions.

Great place to stay if you're looking for a good location and not fussed about having great facilities. Value for money for the size and condition of the room.

Very poor service

It was such a pleasant surprise. This place was spotless in a location that is close to everything you need. Plus a coffee shop on the ground floor. Reception was very accommodating we had a tour booked before our check in time and they allowed us to check in early. This was a great help since we didn't get back until after 6:30 PM. Fantastic highly recommend Mersey Ben Thanh Saigon Apartment Hotel.
