Brilliant stay and lived up to our expectations. The best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. They offer valet parking which is extremely helpful.

Central location and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay

What a lovely surprise. The staff are so professional and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was very clean and well maintained, and we didn’t hear a thing from the corridor, despite the hotel being busy. Breakfast was great. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, and that was good too. There is a nearby shopping mall and there are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffier than other places we stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful

I had made the booking for two rooms for a business trip, unfortunately plans changed due to a family bereavement, the app would not allow me to change the booking dates, I contacted the Hotels.Com contact centre and explained the situation, they attempted to call the property as the revised dates I required were available. The hotel front desk did not answer and the contact centre advised they will ensure the date will be changed for both rooms, I received an email confirming the change was made after they made contact with the hotel front desk two days later. I then kept receiving emails asking how my check in was on the original dates which I asked to be changed, worried I called the contact centre again, they reconfirmed the dates were amended for both rooms. Upon arriving to the property, the hotel advised they only made a change to one of the booking dates and classified the second booking as a "No Show" for the original dates. I had to waste another hour explaining the situation, providing email confirmations and evidence. This was not acceptable as it took one hour to attempt checking in with both rooms which were already prepaid. I was advised by the duty manager to take the matter up with Hotels.Com - very poor experience...

Staff were lovely and professional

Great hotel, fantastic staff. Rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff were fantastic...everyone was really nice and helpful. The girls that worked on the front desk and in the restuarant were excellent. Room was clean and facilities were good. My only minor critique is that the mini bar had nothing in it...sometimes its nice to be able to crack a beer or water when you get into the room.
