The property is not a hotel. There is no reception and no service is provided at the property. You rent a room. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot. Our room was in the 4th floor and there is no elevator after the 3rd floor. The ceilings in our room were slanted both in the bathroom and bedroom and it is hard to avoid hitting the ceiling. The location also is not ideal.

Nice hotel to stay with modern looks. Highly recommended for a family of four. Free parking with delicious buffet breakfast if you avail of this option. Would like to stay again if we come back.

極佳 Amazing hidden Jen. Nice location next to a beautiful church and walking distance from Coop store and a very local pub. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant as well.

Fantastic central property for using as a Base for Switzerland's amazing mountains. Fantastic room, set up for kids was brillant. Only downside was the kids go to bed around 8pm and the bells over the road in the church toll until 10pm every 15 minutes; but once they were asleep they couldn't hear them!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Nice restaurant and close to other amenities in Kerns.
Parking was good too. Only issue was the church opposite ringing its bells every hour until late but only a small gripe. Otherwise would be happy to stay again in future
