Is nice place and clean

The neighborhood is excitingly rough. Very crowded, yet lively. The property itself is quite okay. Infact too good for the location. Security was quite good as well.

They are great

We stayed there five days and were really satisfied with the hotel. The staff helped us with everything, our room and the restaurant were clean and well maintained. Any problems we had got solved immediately. As a westerner going out on the street especially at late hours was risky. We got harrased, shouted at quite often and once even got followed by some creepy person. We found it a lot safer ro order the taxi and stay near the building with the security who were always really helpful.

Very sketchy neighborhood. Inside the hotel is ok. The breakfast buffet is a joke. Very limited choices. No beverages were available. They did have 3 empty beverage dispensers. 3 of the 6 warmers were out of food. The others were cold. No napkins. I asked the staff if I could get a napkin but never did.

Very bad area, unless you want to stay locked in your room the entire time, then don’t book here, it’s not safe, staff not helpful. I got locked in the bathroom in the lobby and was crying and afraid. The hotel is in a Somali only neighborhood so nothing like the real Nairobi.

Everything about the room was good

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
