Terrible property. Very sketchy looking. We drove up in our shuttle van, got off and turned around and got back on the bus and went back to the city. We were the only guests there on that Monday. When we pulled up it looked very sketchy, none of us wanted to stay there. No one even bothered to walk up to greet us, couldn't even tell where the check in hut was. I contacted Hotels.com to get a refund for the 3 rooms I paid for in advance only to be told nothing could be done. Honestly, I would tell you if you want to stay in the Sevan area there are so many beautiful resort type places. DON"T STAY HERE

It’s clean , not good food no phone in the room everything you want you should go out and walk to reception in the rain to get what you want . But nice view

Nice and quiet place

One of the most picturesque places I’ve ever been and also one of the most friendly. Plus, it’s a summary resort so it was a good change to have some music and some cocktails in an amazing view and the best bartender ever David

We stayed for one night for our anniversary and really appreciated that they gave us the dome closest to the lake — the view was beautiful and made it feel special. The heated pool and swim-up bar were a great touch and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The food was good, and the manager and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a nice experience.
