AVIS FRANÇAIS J’ai passé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel en Égypte. Je tiens à remercier l’équipe de la réception et de l’accueil qui a été très professionnel , patient et à l’écoute durant tout le séjour. Le service de navette et les transports étaient également très bien❤️ En revanche, très mauvaise expérience avec la restauration. Le serveur de la restauration, un homme très grand et assez mince a été très désagréable et pas du tout professionnel. Il ajoutait des frais inutiles (“cover charge”) pour tout et n’importe quoi…même sans room service. Les prix changeaient chaque jour sans raison claire avec lui pourtant les autres me servaient sans réclamer de "cover charge " il était constamment à la recherche de pourboire alors que ça ne s’impose pas. Par exemple, une glace n’avait jamais le même prix d’un jour à l’autre, avec comme excuse que “les prix augmentent en Égypte… un jour elle baisse un jour elle augmente ”. Même en étant touristes, nous avons le droit de profiter du lieu sans nous faire allumer sur les prix pour rien. Ce genre de comportement n’est pas professionnel du tout et donnait clairement l’impression que les touristes payaient plus cher. C’est vraiment un point que l’hôtel devrait améliorer.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food offered a good variety and great taste. I would especially like to thank Ayman from the reception team for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. He was very helpful, responsive, and made our stay even more pleasant. Thanks to him, our experience was even better. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel.

Being a first-time solo female traveler, the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. The receptionist Ayman Ashour was extremely professional and attentive and provided great customer service. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

Wonderful pool and beach facilities for a very relaxing sun drenched holiday. It's within it's own complex, so you can't walk anywhere nearby - which I think is the same for a lot of the resorts. But there are taxis into the main town and other tourist areas, at reasonable prices Main attraction here is to do nothing - lie by one of the many pools or private beach. Snorkeling was was amazing and you can hire snorkel equipment for a few dollars.

I loved the beach and the pool, also all the staff was very helpful from the minute we walked in to check out until the minute we checked out, everyone was very helpful Out male room attendant was very good and had everything done for us H was very respectful and did out room great! Also we had Mohamed that checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

This resort is amazing, we stayed there for one day only and we regretted not staying longer. The whole staff from front desk as well from the rest of the hotel were very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed every bit of it. Amazing place. .

The property was amazing. I learned that 3 famous Soccer player stayed in this wonderful hotel. In the 2 days we stayed there, we swam in the Red Sea and it was a wonderful experience by the way. Staff were accommodating and professional. The Ice cream was so delicious. It had so much space for you. And every night there was a nice show waiting for you. Written by our 4th grader who clearly had a blast.
