We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Oaks. The staff was very accommodating for an early check in and the room was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee making supplies and a Daly bottle of water. The shower was the best I’d had on my whole trip. The location is perfect for those who want to be in the centre of the Od Town. Enter Old Town by the Pile Gate to walk the 5 minutes to the hotel and avoid the stairs. There is a lift for the luggage that goes to the second floor but not for people so you need to be ok with walking up stairs to your room. We stayed in room 6 on the 3rd floor. The staff also sent excellent restaurant recommendations. Would 100% stay there again.

The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. The individual room HVAC worked well and there was also a ceiling fan over the bed. Although breakfast was not included there were restaurants serving breakfast very close by. There were also two small markets a short walk away where we stocked up on some snacks and a few breakfast items. Our suite was equipped with a mini fridge for storing the cold items. There was no onsite staff but the hotel concierge (Karla) met us there to handle our check in and room orientation. She provided some local restaurant recommendations and was available via text or WhatsApp for any questions or issues. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Seven Oaks Noble House.

Wonderful property in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. Very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros : - great location - great value for money - host is extremely friendly, welcoming, responsive and helpful with recommendations on what to do in town - updated, comfortable and clean rooms Cons: - if your room is on the lower floor you will hear the footsteps of the people in rooms above you - no breakfast on site I would stay here again

Absolutely adorable. Every detail has been added thought through. We were in room 7 on the top floor. Beautiful and spacious, each access to everything off a little side street, would love to come again.

Friendly efficient staff made the check-in very simple. Lovely room. The property is seriously tucked away and you need to be aware or you will walk right past it.
