Walking distance to everything downtown. Lovely rooms

The front desk staff really bent over backwards for me. It held my reservation for me until 4am due to my train arriving late in Spokane. Staff also expedited my very-early checkout to catch my midnight train departure two nights later. Job well done! Breakfast was excellent. The omelet was especially good. Coffee was good and my cup was always kept full. And the prices were competitive with off-property restaurants! The bar, room and maid service were fine as well. Provision of foam ear plugs was a nice touch. I used them, and slept well despite Spokane's street and train noise. My room was comfortable, and everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Great hotel. Will be back.

Pay the extra for the breakfast. Well worth it. And don't forget complimentary social hour drinks at the bar.

I stay here every time I’m in Spokane. The rooms are nice. The bed is comfy and it’s located in a great convenient spot.

Too much noise from the nearby trains over night.

We reserved and stayed at the two bedroom and it was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the blackout shades were great. Loved the hotel and everything was clean.
