Fantastic stay with amazing views. Enjoyed breakfast every morning overlooking the caldera. Staff was very helpful! Highly recommend!

The staff was great and helpful. I liked everything about this property except the stairs going up and down, but that’s the way Santorini is built on cliffs. I’m a very happy guest.

The views were amazing. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us with recommendations for dinner, transportation and tours. The woman at the front desk booked our taxis and catamaran tour for us and made a dinner reservation, she was extremely helpful. When booking at this hotel please keep in mind the lower your room is the more steps you will need to climb everyday. The hotel is in a good location and we were delivered breakfast to our patio each morning

Beautiful location on the caldera. The staff was great. Parking is very tricky and you must find your own on the street or paid parking which is far from the hotel and you must walk with your bags. They cannot reserve parking for you. During high season it would be very difficult to have a car and stay there, but this is the case in any place you stay inside of the old town of Oia with the beautiful views,

Stayed at both the Chelidonia Traditional Villa with kitchen amenities and the big Olive Suite with a pool. Very happy with the setup and privacy. Staff was excellent. Went above and beyond expectations. Approximately 4 flights of stairs to go up and down. Added perk ~ use of Oia street level restroom at the main office haha Thoroughly enjoyed the views and explorations of Oia

The staff and the view were truly standout. The airport transfer dropped us off nearby the hotel (cars can’t get right to it) and a porter met us to take our bags to the hotel. While we waited for our room to be finished up, we were given lemonade, maps, told about the best restaurants, and secured a couple of sunset dinner reservations. All of the restaurant reservations were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed Basalt. Our family suite was fabulous and the shower was huge and had great water pressure. We enjoyed sunning on our porch with the amazing views of the caldera. We also had a resident cat who hug out on the porch and invited himself inside a couple of times. Breakfast on the porch every morning was also fabulous with coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries, fruit and cheese. The location was right in the middle of everything and although there was no direct sunset view, it was still gorgeous, and especially pretty at night too.

Everything! We loved having breakfast every morning on our patio and even for a beautiful evening meal looking out at the caldera and lights. All of the suggestions and arrangements made by the staff were excellent. When people ask us what we liked best about Santorini, we say our Villa at Chelidonia.
