Hole in reception ceiling. Lack of light and damp atmosphere.

The place is very spacious but needed a tender loving care. Notice the carpets are pretty much worn out and walls look like it's gonna separate and ceilings got a hole and missing a cover in the main dining, In the main foyer there is a leak maybe from the air-conditioning.If it's been given a refurbishing the hotel would look great. Location is only 5 minutes to the airport.Food is excellent 👌

Not a good hotel for a family,it is budget hotel good for a single male to stay very chep. Rooms are not maintained for ages,very old,no bell boy or any other staff on duty only the poor receptionist carry your bags.

Friendly staff and close to the clinic we needed to be at. Room was cleaned every day.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was a bit tired but was clean. Hot water in shower only lasted a short period and also leaked out of the recess onto the bathroom floor

Good location in the city. Very old hotel, not the cleanest but ok.

Floor was carpet, sometimes they don't refill toilet paper, wifi was terrible.

Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also speak English. The room was comfortable and always clean. The breakfast is typical Vietnamese. I will stay here again.

The price is reasonable. So near to the airport. The shower room facilities weren’t fixed even though after complained. Breakfast choice not good.
