Easy access handy transportation

Very spacious and clean.

Pros: • Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 7 • Conveniently located near the train station Cons: • No email confirmation sent with check-in instructions • Phone support was friendly but gave incorrect passwords and unclear guidance, causing delays during check-in • The space was very dirty and dusty • Pillows were uncomfortable and need upgrading • Sheets and mattresses need to be cleaner • Not enough utensils provided for a family of 7

It’s huge place and quite

Beware staying at this property there is no staff on property. The room had a horrible sewer smell in the shower and bathroom. It stunk so bad that we could not use the bathroom or shower for two days. They came to clean the bathroom but It did not help. We are in process trying to obtain a refund. The staff does not speak any English and they have zero staff on property if there is any issue. Do not stay here unless you like dirty rooms and speak Japanese. The entire room smelled of sewer. Do not stay !

The property is ok. It does have a nice bathroom, washing machine, and air conditioner. The negatives are that is was pretty dusty in some places, like it hadn’t been fully cleaned, and the beds were pretty cheap, one of them being partially held together with a zip tie. Also the area is pretty rundown. A few blocks away it is much nicer. I would stay here again if I had to, but would much prefer other places a few blocks away.

Stay was amazing, place was spacious! bed was comfortable and they provided us some water!

The apartment was a good size for a family of 4

Positive: 1. Nice ambiance and surroundings 2. Clean and fresh 3. Supporting staff 4. Good for family Negative: 1. Bit far away from station 2. Semi double bed were not enough for two so it was challenging to manage 5 people with 2 bed and sofa

Hotel was great but the check in process could be much improved. It took very long to check in and there were multiple repeated steps. For example, the hotel required to verify passports twice--first by taking a picture of it and upload it, then it also required to verify theough a live virtual agent once again. And each person was required to do so. We were standing in a very small area with multiple luggages and this process was extremely cumbersome. I don’t mind the virtual registration but they should not make us repeat the same regisprocess twice.
