Incredibly courteous staff. Very helpful with WhatsApp link given upon check-in. Room clean and regular cleans made. Main shower was broken but attachment worked, needed attention.
Felt very calm and safe there. Pool clean and easy to access

The property is centrally located and easy to go anywhere in Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym and pool are very nice.

A comfortable apartment with what would be a great view if you could see through the smoke. Bed is not comfirtable and the shower is not set up well. It created a huge water mess on the floor because it hits the far wall instead of the bathtub.
