We stayed last year and came back again because we liked the hotel and it's location. This years stay was even better due to the wonderful staff... everyone made us feel so welcome and were super helpful. 10/10.

Very convenient, right at the train station
Kitakami does not offer many dining options or stores near by. Staff were very nice
Breakfast area was very small
With a school group. We had to wait for a while before the tabke was open

極佳 We stayed at this hotel to go to Omagari Fireworks next day. There is a one man train running between Kitakami to Yokote where is about 20 min train ride to Omagari.The train station was next to the hotel that was perfect for the early train ride. All Staff were very kind,?friendly and helpful. Restaurants are within walkable distance and one place the staff recommended was

Hotel is just next to Kitagami station and very convenient. There are places to eat, drink and shop just around there. Bed was very confirmable.

很好 Touring Japan, stopped at Kitakami, the Hotel was comfortable and very convenient, the acmes from Shinkansen is not difficult unless you exit from wrong side of station like me. Head for local JR station and exit through there. Shopping in Kitakami is for locals only except for Boule de Neige Pastry shop, good coffee great cakes.
