Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning.

Staff are very accommodating and courteous.

Stay is OK, But Reminded Staff to be extra effirt to clean paddle of water that create algae on ground and I didn’t notice as I plan to go around our car ( in front of our Hotel) and I Fall Big time, thankfully I didn’t break my hip,nor arm nor HEAD on that split second fall. MY BACK is full of Algae. I made the staff about it, the one who clean the Swimming pool & front Desk Staff, who only said “I’m sorry” didn’t bother What I feel.

Good apart from wifi and tv

The pool water was not maintained well, television is broken.

There is mold in the bathroom sink and rusted toilet paper holder

Toilet doesn’t flash peoperly. Towel is not in the room til we needed. Dinner is served cold. Bed has no flat sheet under doona

Fair for everything for the price

friendly staff,television not working not very clean,water for washing hands very low pressure should be kettle for boiling water so that we do not have to go across the road where the office is to get hot water for coffee.
