Wonderful staff, clean room and excellent location. Walkable to the Hop on Hop off Big Red Bus and to Terra Rosa for a wonderful Italian meal. Ask for Fredrico, he'll take great care of you!

The shower flooded the bathroom & beyond each time we used it!!

For context: solo business trip Clean and stylish rooms in a fantastic location. Was on 2nd floor and they have two lifts for access. They use an app to order room service, choose housekeeping levels, extra items (like iron & board) etc. WiFi was good and TV with streaming UK channels in room. Lighting and Aircon worked well, no maintenance issues. Plenty of toiletries, towels, safe, mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle, clothes steamer and hairdryer. USB charging ports including usb-c. I was able to check in early which really helped after a long flight. Staff very helpful without being overbearing. This was a hotel where I could pay on arrival which was fantastic. The food was amazing but a tad on the expensive side for dinner. Turkish style food with a vibrant up market feel without being pretentious. Breakfast included with a large selection and high quality. Would most definitely stay there again and recommend.

Staff were all very helpful but the room was very hot and the a/c was useless. We struggled to set it ourselves not realizing that after you set it you had to press an on button. Staff did this manually from the front desk, but the temperature of the room stayed at 26 all night. Room was small but cleverly designed to not feel cramped.

The room was lovely, very nicely decorated and well finished. The air conditioning was a god send in the 40 degree heat. The bed was superb, the shower was ace. The staff lovely. Food and drink were pricey though, but then in the centre of London, it is good to explore and there are plenty of other places in the local area.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating!
