Very convenient location near the station. Walkable to food and shops. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Great value with a bonus of air-conditioning.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now, it’s excellent value for money, always clean and the room is well equipped. The location is great too, I’ll certainly be back again!

Good location and tidy room for the money. Air conditioning worked well. Would certainly stay there again and hard to find better value.

Check the milk beforehand - all three sachets in my room were out of date.

Poor internet connection. It made it impossible to stay connected, plan, and work. No lift, which can be a challenge for someone with a suitcase.

Room was well presented, enough room for 2 people, clean and tidy. 10 mins walk to Paddington Station and lots of cafés and shops nearby.

Good location. Comfortable and quiet. Good nights sleep. Price reflects basic amenities but good value for money.

The residence is nice and certainly much more modern than many around this area (I have stayed in a lot as I use last moment stays in this area weekly). The TV did not work unfortunately but that is not a major issue. The shower door was a little loose and someone had splashed drink on the TV which needed a wipe off. But for the cost you cannot expect 5 star. I would definitely stay there again as it was a much nicer room and place than any other similarly priced hotel around Paddington.

Property dated, lots of stairs. Location the best feature.

Room was okay for a 1 night stay.
