This place was overall a fun and nice place to stay, but I had a couple of issues. The listing advertised

We were amazed about how large and homey our room was! There was a bedroom and a separate area with a small kitchen, dining table, couch, and lounge chair. Two TV's (around 42" each) in the bedroom and living room. I loved the fact that there was screened-in porch in the front and an open deck in the back, so I could see the sunrise and the sunset. The mattress seemed a little broken-down, but I was still able to get a fairly good night's sleep. Another slight negative aspect was that the water pressure in the shower was low and the tile on the shower floor was pretty slippery. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Good marina location , quite and peaceful, good breakfast and coffee next door, close to town.

The Inn was in a good location near St. Augustine downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was free and right outside. Our complaints were the noise of the boat power washing that went on until 10pm the first night and the fire alarm that went off at 1am on the 3rd night. Our room unfortunately was full of pet dander and I had an allergic reaction to it so we left after a 4-night stay with my face and eyes red and swollen. Please do a better job of advertising that ALL the rooms are pet-friendly so those of us with allergies do not book your property.

The studio suite was perfect for my needs: overlooking Marina, close to Vilago beach and stores. Simone, property manager was wonderful and informative. Love the location and amenities.

Easy to get settled into your room.... YOu can walk or drive to the beach which is five minute away from the hotel. Publix grocery store is over the bridge. You can leave the premise to travel North on A1A road...Fun, I saw the sunrise on V beach.. People are friendly.

Great hotel. Clean. Great porch view of the marina.

Clean rooms, close to everything

Communication was great, room was as advertised, very quaint and private. Great spot if looking for a getaway for the weekend like we were! There’s even a little restaurant steps away for breakfast or lunch!
